Most online casinos bury you in fluff before you can even see the cashier. royal planet does the opposite: it opens with a clean lobby, clear terms, and payment methods that actually work for British accounts. Launched in 2021 under a UK Gambling Commission licence, the site focuses on speed, safety, and simplicity – no gimmicks, no hidden hoops. If you’re tired of slogging through fine print just to cash out, this one deserves a proper look.
Licensing and Player Protection – The Non-Negotiables
Royal Planet Casino operates under Grace Media (Gibraltar) Limited and is regulated by the UK Gambling Commission (Remote Operating Licence Ref. 57869). That means the same strict rules on fairness, KYC/AML, and responsible gambling apply here as they do to any reputable UK-facing operator. Player funds sit in segregated accounts, data runs over 256-bit SSL encryption, and you get full access to GamStop, deposit limits, reality checks, and time-out tools. The terms are written in plain English – no sneaky clauses or wagering traps.
Payment Methods – Fast, Familiar, Low Minimums
The cashier covers everything a UK player needs: Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Trustly, Neteller, MuchBetter, and Pay by Phone. Deposits start at £10 and hit your account instantly. Withdrawals typically return to the original method, with e-wallets paying out within 0-24 hours after approval and cards taking 1-3 business days. A £1.50 processing fee applies only to withdrawals under £30 – everything above that is free. Keep your account verified before the first cashout, and you’ll get your money back fast.
- Minimum deposit: £10
- Withdrawal fee: £1.50 only on cashouts under £30

Games, Providers and RTP Highlights
The lobby leans heavily on slots – think Marlin Masters: The Big Haul, Buffalo’s Sun, Egypt Links, and over a hundred more titles from certified studios. Table game fans get blackjack, roulette, baccarat, and live dealer options in a separate section. Slingo, instant wins, and jackpot games round out the mix. RTPs are published per game, and you can filter by provider or search directly. The interface stays snappy on both desktop and mobile, so you’re never more than two taps from a favourite.
Bonuses and Promotions – No Wagering on Spins
New players get a straightforward welcome: deposit and stake £20 on eligible slots, and you receive 100 free spins on Marlin Masters: The Big Haul (spins valued at £0.10 each). The winnings from those spins are paid as cash – no wagering requirement. Royal Planet also runs weekly free-spin rewards for active players and network tournaments like Playson’s Drops & Wins, where you can grab instant cash prizes without climbing a complex VIP ladder. Always read the promo rules in the lobby before opting in – they’re short and clear.
Customer Support and Mobile Experience
Support runs 24/7 via live chat, email, and SMS (+44 7441 370642). The team is fast and human, and the knowledge base covers verification, payments, and bonus terms in plain language. The site is mobile-ready for iOS and Android browsers – no app download needed. Add it to your home screen for app-like access, and you’ll get the full lobby, search, and cashier without any slowdown.
- Verify your account before your first deposit – upload photo ID, proof of address, and payment method proof.
- Use the same payment method for deposit and withdrawal to speed up processing.
- Set deposit limits and reality checks from day one – you can adjust them later, but starting controlled is always better.
- Check the bonus rules before playing table games – some promotions have specific game restrictions.
